It's hard to go from a liquid cooled two stroke 50cc scooter to an air cooled four stroke, the Vespa is heavy for a 50cc scooter, and the motor isn't exactly state of the art. So at times it seems like the thing won't get out of it's own way. The only 4 Stroke 50 Ive seen get even close is the one in the Yamaha Giggle/C3 and Zuma/BWS 4T.
